We’re seeking a BCBA to support a family-owned pediatric therapy provider dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services. BCBA - Hybrid Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessment and develop treatment plans for children receiving ABA therapy.
- Supervise RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Conduct in-person supervision and assessment sessions in accordance with Medicaid requirements.
- Collaborate closely with families to support progress and address individual needs.
- Contribute to the expansion of the organization’s services, including future center development.
BCBA - Hybrid Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Valid North Carolina licensure.
- Experience supervising RBTs and developing personalized treatment programs.
- Medicaid credentialing experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, family-focused environment.
