100% In-Office | Base Salary Uncapped Commission | Base: $50-60k | Year 1 OTE: $85K – $100K

This is a full-desk, high-activity sales role. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle: finding companies that need to hire, winning their business, and then finding the talent to fill those roles.

We aren't handing you a desk that’s already built. You are building your own book of business from scratch through cold outreach, relationship development, and disciplined execution. We hire salespeople. It is that simple.

What We Expect

• High-Volume Prospecting: You will own your day through strategic time-blocking. This means executing high-intensity phone blocks to reach decision-makers.
• Natural Stamina: You need to stay sharp from call 1 through call 100. You move toward revenue-generating activity without being told.
• Detail Management: Follow-through is everything. You will log every note in the CRM and manage the interview process with precision.
• Coachability: You treat feedback as a tool, not a threat. You apply it immediately and move on to the next task.

Compensation & Growth

• Year 1 OTE: $85,000 – $100,000
• Year 2 OTE: $105,000 – $150,000
• Year 3 OTE: $125,000 – $200,000
