FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:Invoice processing – Receive, verify and log invoices, check requestsVerify and match invoices against purchases order for accuracyCorrectly code invoices and obtain proper approvalsEnter all invoices into Acumatica software.Payment Processing – Prepare and process payments semi-monthly.File all paid vouchers and maintain accounts payable files.Review monthly vendor statements and request missing invoices.Work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.Back up person for payroll processing and certified payroll reportingAssist with special projects as needed. The selected candidate will also possess:High school diploma or GED.High volume accounts payable processing experienceExperience with payroll processing. ADP experience a plusProficient in Word and Excel.Proficient in 10 keyTyping 40 wpm.Strong work ethic, analytical and communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Preferred Experience:AA Degree or equivalent.Accounting experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.Certified payroll reporting, LCP Tracker, DIR Etc, Emars, AON etc.Bilingual.
