Responsibilities
Customer Support (Inbound)
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Assist with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and services
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Follow internal processes and guidelines
- Ensure high-quality service standards
- C2 French and strong English (C1)
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience handling inbound calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Monday to Friday
- 3–4 hours per day
- Operating hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (CEST)
- Flexibility required within this timeframe
- €9/hour
- Training duration: 1 day
- Paid training
