ESSENTIAL
DUTIES:
- Conduct
software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or
network environments.
- Develop and
define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and
scoring parameters and determine requisite quality control resources.
- Create and
maintain databases of known test defects.
- Design test
plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Design, develop
and use automated testing tools.
- Develop or
specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or
release readiness.
- Develop testing
programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios,
regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
- Assist the
Sponsor in the evaluation of software and associated documentation.
- Participate in
formal and informal reviews to determine quality.
- Identify
program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
- Identify,
analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or
content.
- Install,
maintain, and use software-testing programs.
- Investigate
customer problems.
- Perform initial
debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to
determine breakdown source.
- Plan test
schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Provide
feedback and recommendations to development team on software usability and
functionality.
- Test system
modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Collaborate
with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend
possible solutions.
- Coordinate user
or third-party testing.
- Conduct
analyses of test results.
- Experience
creating scripts using Selenium
- Experience with
Playwright, Katalon, Cypress or similar tool
- Writing
Scripts: Create programs using languages like Python, Java, or Javascript to
simulate user actions.
- Building
Frameworks: Design reusable testing structures from scratch to handle large
amounts of code
SUCCESSFUL
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- An ACTIVE
TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s
degree in computer science or related field
- 5 years of Quality
Assurance/Automated Test Engineer experience
- Must be
eligible to work in the United States

Salary : $75,000 - $190,000
