We’re looking for a Shift Leader to join our team and help lead our community-oriented, fast-casual restaurant. Firo offers signature and build-your-own pizzas and salads made with fresh ingredients, along with crowd-pleasing fresh gelato, all served in a relaxed, warm, and welcoming environment.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play an important role in leading and motivating the restaurant team, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping ensure that every guest receives friendly, personalized service along with great food in a clean and inviting environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations regarding friendly, quick and accurate service.
  
• Helps management to build the team’s understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
  
• Provides guests a “brand right” environment in which to place their orders, receive their food and dine inside the restaurant.
  
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
  
• Provides guest satisfaction by assisting and resolving all complaints in person or by phone.
  
• Ensures that all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  
• Supports the management team in Instructing, training, coaching and developing the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goals
  
• Works to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant
  
• Responsible for all cash controls and enforcement of Company policies
  
• If required, is responsible for ordering, accounting and maintenance of all food and paper inventories
  
• Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
  

Job Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
  
• Strong customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a restaurant team.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and employees.
  
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members while maintaining accountability to company standards.
  
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, with the ability to balance guest service, team needs, and daily business priorities.
  
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
  
• Flexible availability, including day and night shifts and weekends.
  

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time position based at Firo Fire Kissed Pizza in Lawton, Oklahoma. The position offers a flexible schedule with day and night shifts available, as well as weekend availability. Firo Fire Kissed Pizza is closed on Sundays.
