the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in building strong customer
relationships and ensuring our salon runs smoothly day-to-day. We're searching

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet
families and young guests with a smile, ensuring every visit starts with a
positive experience
- Answer
questions about our services, products, and promotions in person, by phone, and
by email
- Schedule
and confirm appointments with accuracy and care
- Process
payments and issue receipts using our POS system
- Keep
our front desk and waiting area clean, tidy, and inviting
- Restock
retail items and snacks to ensure everything is fully stocked for our little
clients and their parents
Job Requirements:
- At
least 18 years of age
- A
positive and professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong
communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable
handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
- Previous
experience in customer service or a front desk/receptionist role is a plus!
