Primary
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform
new-patient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose
patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
- Provide
high-quality outpatient orthopedic and balance therapy services
- Develop personalized treatment
plans to meet patient goals and needs
- Collaborate with other staff,
referral sources, and clients
- Create a
plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip
patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress
- Provide
education to patients and their families on techniques for the continuation of
care
- Prescribe
intervention techniques and exercises
- Measure
and track intervention effectiveness
- Other
duties as assigned
Successful
Candidates Must Have:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Experience in orthopedic and balance therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
- Ability
to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must
be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary
- Positive
and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in pain
- Team
player who can work in harmony with others
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
