Specialist to join our team in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The health and

The Client Care Specialist position involves
entering patient data, patient scheduling, and payment collection in an EMR
system. Candidate must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor with
clients and team members. Candidates should be comfortable explaining health insurance
benefits, answering phones, scheduling, and multitasking.

Training
- Greet patients upon
arrival at the clinic
- Collect new patient
intake information and track referrals
- Manage patient
scheduling
- Coordinate
evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancellations
- Verify insurance,
track covered/non-covered visits, and take copayments
- Send paperwork to
insurance carriers for coordination of benefits
- Other duties as
assigned
- High school diploma
or GED certificate
- Exceptional communication
skills
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office products
- Ability to handle
multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work
efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be
