The Projects
You’ll be involved with a wide range of technically challenging work, including:

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform takeoffs and pricing analysis
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams
- Participate in project handoff and preconstruction activities
- Help identify project risks and opportunities before construction begins
Qualifications
- Commercial roofing estimating experience
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and related roofing systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously
- The EDGE experience is a plus but not required
