TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the leading Commercial & Industrial HVAC Manufacturers Representatives within Illinois. Our client is very well established, being established in the area for decades with many long-term established clients.
We're looking for a new HVAC Estimator to join their growing team.

What You'll Do
As an HVAC Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team by delivering accurate estimates and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for HVAC projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete and accurate project pricing.
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation and estimate files.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
- Providing technical guidance and product recommendations to help customers select the best solutions.
- Developing a strong understanding of our HVAC product offerings, applications, and capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
Depending on project needs, you may also:
- Prepare equipment submittals and process customer orders.
- Coordinate order releases and track project deliveries.
- Communicate shipping updates and assist with expediting orders when necessary.
- Support warranty claims, shipping issues, and customer service requests.
- Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.
- Experience providing technical support, estimating, sales support, or customer service.
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning web-based software.
