Senior Construction Estimator
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (occasional travel to project sites in the region)
Target salary range: $100-120K (based on experience)
Our client commercial construction General Contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator
on a full-time basis in Virginia Beach, VA to help their team grow. We are looking for someone who has proven experience with ground-up commercial or large multi-family type projects and will be responsible for leading the preconstruction estimation process from concept to bid package of the design phases. You will develop costing models, pricing strategies, review vendor bids, collaborate with key stakeholders, assemble bid packages and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
- 5 years of commercial or multi-family estimating experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Project. Familiar with PlanSwift, SmartBid and AutoDesk Takeoff is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
