Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Oversee contracts, billing, and submittals
- Lead Project Coordinators and Superintendents
- Promote safety, quality, and teamwork on every job
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
- 5 years of commercial construction experience (roofing preferred)
- 2 years as an Assistant PM or higher
- Strong communication and organization skills
- OSHA 30 preferred, valid driver’s license required
- $90K–$115K base up to 10% bonus
