Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Orlando branch, including sales, project management, service, and production teams
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and performance
- Support recruitment and development of key staff across sales and operations
- Drive business development initiatives and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, and general contractors
- Support the sales team in securing large commercial roofing projects and service agreements
- Identify opportunities for long-term maintenance programs and capital replacement projects
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Work closely with estimating, project management, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor job costing, margins, and operational efficiency
- Develop branch growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Track performance metrics and implement improvements to drive profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- 7–10 years of experience in the commercial roofing or building envelope industry
- Leadership experience managing operations, project management, or sales teams
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
- Experience managing large commercial roofing projects or regional operations
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
