Schedule: On-Site, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 Annual Bonus Eligible

About The Role

We are looking for a Warehouse / 3PL Director to lead warehouse and third-party logistics operations. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory management, streamlining logistics, and improving operational efficiency across all warehouse and 3PL functions. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, partner with logistics providers, and ensure seamless product fulfillment to customers and retail partners.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Direct day-to-day operations of warehouse and 3PL activities to achieve organizational goals
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy — oversee regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
• Establish and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service levels with logistics and transportation partners
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to align supply chain activities with business demands
• Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives across warehousing and logistics operations
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for both direct-to-consumer and retail channels
• Lead the implementation of new warehouse technologies and processes
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and operational excellence
• Manage budgets and report on operational costs and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Oversee maintenance and organization of warehouse facilities and equipment
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field
• 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and 3PL partners
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
• Experience developing and managing operational budgets
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to develop and track KPIs for logistics and warehouse performance
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite at the designated warehouse location
  
  

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in the health and wellness or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Familiarity with ERP and WMS platforms such as SAP or NetSuite
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Experience with both domestic and international logistics
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
