From Customer Experience and Marketing to Executive Operations and beyond, we have supported over 700 brands including CorePower Yoga, Patrick Ta Beauty, and Liquid I.V. in finding the right people to power their growth.

We are now expanding our Recruitment division with a new Senior Recruiter role dedicated to pioneering a high-touch, 1:1 full-cycle recruiting experience for specialized, high-impact positions across the E-Commerce and Marketing industries.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, full-cycle Senior Recruiter with a strong grasp of specialized E-Commerce and marketing recruitment. This role will be instrumental in shaping TalentPop’s bespoke and fractional recruiting services, working closely with Operations and Recruitment Leadership to build, refine, and execute end-to-end hiring strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will help define a new standard of professional recruiting within the E-Commerce industry by developing a high-touch recruitment process that blends efficiency, precision, and exceptional candidate and client experience.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized E-Commerce roles such as Director of CX, Customer Service Manager, Director of E-Commerce, and Marketing team members
  • Partner with Business Operations and Recruitment Leadership teams to refine and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience
  • Drive proactive outreach and talent sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and qualify high-caliber professionals within the E-Commerce and marketing space
  • Oversee application workflows leveraging automation to maintain accuracy, speed, and quality in candidate selection
  • Lead candidate communications from outreach and screening to interview coordination, feedback, and client handoff
  • Manage all communication with the client to keep them updated throughout the search
  • Participate in client kickoff calls to gather key details on role expectations, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Translate client requirements into clear screening logic and qualification standards that support automation and efficiency
  • Track, report, and support key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and placements per month
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve processes, technology, and candidate experience

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within E-Commerce, marketing, or agency environments
  • Proven success identifying and engaging passive candidates for specialized or leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience with recruitment or CRM tools such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, with training provided
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Compensation Structure

$114,000 - $124,000 On Track Earnings (salary commissions)
