Your Role
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the front line of our customer experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with orders, technical concerns, and general inquiries.
- Customer Experience: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction.
- System Navigation: Use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions.
- Bilingual Fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO, call center, or SaaS preferred).
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
- Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum).
