Position Overview
The Director of Leasing Administration provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for activities related to customer occupancy, asset utilization, and contract administration across a large-scale infrastructure portfolio. This role is focused heavily on operational coordination, data integrity, workflow execution, and lifecycle management tied to customer agreements and site-related records.
Success in this position is measured by the organization’s ability to efficiently manage agreement execution, maintain accurate operational data, support revenue realization activities, and ensure timely resolution of customer-related site matters.
This leader will oversee teams responsible for operational contract administration, portfolio data management, customer onboarding workflows, site record accuracy, forecasting support, and issue resolution associated with customer occupancy across distributed infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop geographically distributed teams responsible for operational support functions tied to customer agreements, portfolio administration, and site-related activities.
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of agreement workflows, including intake, tracking, execution support, amendments, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
- Drive operational consistency and improve internal processes related to contract administration, workflow management, and portfolio recordkeeping.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, technical, and customer support teams to ensure timely execution of customer deliverables.
- Maintain high standards for portfolio data governance, documentation accuracy, and operational reporting.
- Support forecasting, backlog management, and revenue readiness activities associated with executed customer agreements.
- Establish operational controls and reporting metrics related to processing timelines, renewals, utilization trends, and customer retention indicators.
- Assist with resolution of operational discrepancies, billing coordination issues, and contract interpretation matters.
- Support infrastructure assessment and portfolio review activities that assist customers in evaluating deployment opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and systems improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop scalable operational frameworks that improve visibility into pipeline activity, portfolio utilization, and customer lifecycle management.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing managers and team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in lease administration, infrastructure operations, portfolio administration, contract management, or related operational disciplines.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale asset portfolios, telecommunications infrastructure, utility networks, or similar operational environments preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing large or distributed operational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process transformation initiatives and operational improvement efforts in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing large datasets and operational reporting.
- Proven experience driving operational execution while balancing customer requirements and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex operational challenges, and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Experience with CRM, workflow, or enterprise management systems preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
