The Remote Project Scheduling Assistant helps coordinate calendars, project meetings, deadlines, task updates, and scheduling information. This entry-level, full-time remote role is designed for an organized individual who enjoys keeping project details current and helping virtual teams stay aligned.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Coordinate routine project meetings and calendar appointments.

• Maintain accurate project schedules and scheduling trackers.

• Assist with meeting invitations, confirmations, and updates.

• Track project deadlines and communicate upcoming scheduling needs.

• Update task calendars when project details change.

• Coordinate availability across team members.

• Maintain organized project scheduling records.

• Prepare basic schedule summaries and status updates.
