Job Title: Remote Recruiter

Monthly Pay: $4,500 – $5,500

Summary:

We’re currently hiring a Remote Recruiter to help us source and engage qualified candidates across a wide variety of roles. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys learning about people’s skills and goals, managing communication across the hiring process, and keeping things organized from start to finish. As a core member of our recruiting team, you’ll help ensure that each candidate has a smooth, positive experience while also keeping internal stakeholders updated and aligned. Whether you’re connecting with applicants over the phone, reviewing resumes in an ATS, or scheduling interviews, your role will be essential to finding and hiring the right people efficiently and thoughtfully.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and provide candidate insights
• Respond to candidate inquiries and manage follow-ups via email or messaging
• Track applications and notes using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Write clear, informative summaries of each candidate for internal hiring teams
• Coordinate scheduling and interviews between applicants and hiring managers
• Stay informed about current openings and recruitment timelines
• Attend virtual check-ins with the recruiting team to align on goals and progress

Qualifications:

• Clear communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Familiarity with job boards, scheduling tools, or applicant tracking software
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, admin, or coordination roles is a plus
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems or tools
