The Professional Recruiter is responsible for working closely with the Director of Recruitment and Account Executives to recruit, interview, and pre-qualify candidates.

Overview:

Our growing healthcare staffing organization is looking to hire a Professional Recruiter for our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors’ degree, be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, but most importantly be a team player and go-getter.

A Successful Professional Recruiter will:

• Source, screen, and submit healthcare candidates for work assignments
• Conduct research to pre-qualify candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Attract top-level candidates
• Act as point of contact for candidate inquiries

Professional Recruiter Requirements:

• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Previous recruiting experience within the Healthcare space

Bonus Points | Desirables, But Not Deal Breakers:

• Sales and/or customer service, preferred
• Previous experience recruiting in healthcare, a plus
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
