We’re hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help customers get real results with our products and services. This is a fully remote / work-from-home customer success role focused on onboarding, relationship management, retention, and proactive outreach to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead new customer onboarding and guide clients to maximize product value quickly
- Understand client goals and provide tailored guidance on product features, workflows, and best practices
- Track customer health and proactively reach out to drive adoption, engagement, and success
- Create and execute strategies that improve customer retention, renewal rates, and account growth
- Partner with product and support teams to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs
- Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and trends to recommend improvements to the customer experience
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Strong communication skills and proven relationship-building ability (phone, email, video)
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, or Customer Support
- Comfortable using data to identify trends, spot risk, and resolve customer pain points
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.)
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet a quiet, dedicated home workspace
