Role Overview
We are seeking Operations Engineers to manage and support vendor applications, perform configuration tasks, and handle infrastructure-level troubleshooting with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage vendor applications and packaged solutions
- Perform application configuration, setup, and environment management
- Work on system-level operations including deployments and incident resolution
- Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure across Windows servers and network environments
- Collaborate with development and vendor teams for issue resolution
- Learn and support Formscape templates and Drools rules engine configurations
- Ensure system stability, performance, and SLA adherence
Required Skills
- Experience in Application Support / Operations / Production Support
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and networking basics
- Exposure to configuration management and vendor tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Drools rules engine and Formscape document/template tools
- Basic understanding of scripting and automation
Experience
- 4–8 years in Operations/Support roles
