What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at TalentoHC?
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's HR team. This role will be strictly contract with no set end date. They are seeking a true TA consultant/contractor vs. someone who is in between full-time work.
This is a fully remote role. We need someone who understands how to build pipelines and can track data. They should also be comfortable and have previous experience supporting up to 30 positions.
Pay Rate: up to $31.25/hour
Target Start date: July 20, 2026
Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM-5:30PM
Location: Remote & EST
Interview Process: (2) 30-minute phone screens with HRBPs, (1) 15min phone screen with Director, HR
Position Summary: This position works directly with HRBPs to support staffing needs, creatively source for open positions, and develop proactive recruiting techniques and programs that are consistent with the Company’s strategic objectives, core values and image.
Key Duties:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., social networking sites, job boards, etc..
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Negotiating employment terms and extending job offers to selected candidates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in recruitment industry
- Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in a regulated industry may be beneficial, but not required
