Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Direct Hire (Construction)

Kodiak Labor Solutions is looking for a proven construction recruiting leader to build and lead our
Direct Hire recruiting team. This is an opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who thrives on
winning business, developing recruiters, and placing top construction talent across the Mechanical,
Electrical, HVAC, Industrial, and Commercial Construction markets. If you enjoy building teams,
creating recruiting strategies, and partnering with industry-leading contractors, this role was

What You'll Do
• Lead full-cycle direct hire recruiting for management and executive-level construction positions.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop recruiting strategy, sourcing campaigns, and long-term talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Recruit Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents, Safety Leaders,
Operations Managers, Executives, and other construction professionals.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, ATS/CRM platforms, Indeed, referrals, and networking to
identify passive talent.
• Monitor KPIs including placements, submittals, time-to-fill, revenue contribution, and candidate
quality.
• Travel throughout Florida and other markets (up to 40%) to meet clients, recruiting teams, and
attend industry events.
What We're Looking For
• Must reside in Florida.
• 7–10 years of direct hire recruiting experience within the construction industry.
• Experience recruiting Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Industrial, Engineering, or Commercial
Construction professionals.
• Experience building, mentoring, and leading recruiting teams.
• Strong client-facing and business development mindset.
• History of success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
