TalentoHC is exclusively partnered with a healthcare technology client seeking 2 Data Audit Specialist temps to join the Operations team for a 3 month project related to data management.
The Data Audit Specialist manages and maintains databases—including catalogues, accounts, system data, and service records—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across business systems (Microsoft Dynamics & Business Central)
- Collect, migrate, and cleanse data from internal/external sources.
- Maintain security, recovery, and access controls.
- Recommend improvements and support special projects.
Work Order Review
- Audit work orders for completeness and billing accuracy.
- Resolve data inconsistencies and provide regular reports.
Service Support
- Handle service calls and assist customers/engineers.
- Record service activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Share accurate data with service partners; rotate on-call duties.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to explain technical details and document processes.
- Proficiency in databases, MS Office, and business applications.
