Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Mechanic in Chicago, Illinois. The pay rate is $37.50 per hour.
Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical and mechanical machines within the manufacturing facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Recommend equipment and process improvements
- Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery
- Assist with the equipment installation and start up
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Experience Needed:
- Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
- Certifications in Welding, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics are preferred
- Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong experience with troubleshooting Hydraulics and Pneumatics
