Position Overview The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day sales support and operational activities, as well as managing warehouse operations. This role will serve as the primary connection between sales, customers, and internal operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and strong customer service. This position will also supervise and support two warehouse employees, ensuring inventory and order processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations related to customer orders, inventory, and warehouse coordination Serve as the primary internal contact for the sales team regarding inventory, order status, and customer inquiries Manage inbound inventory and coordinate outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery Supervise and support two warehouse team members, ensuring efficient workflows and productivity Analyze sales and operational data to identify process improvements and opportunities for growth Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure high service standards Assist with forecasting, inventory tracking, and order management Support inside sales activities and help maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, operations, customer service, or supply chain roles Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, customers, and warehouse staff Familiarity with CRM platforms or business management software SAP experience is a plus, but not required Experience working in manufacturing or industrial materials is beneficial
