Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Korean Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, and optimizing transportation processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and warehousing to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory control and materials handling to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan and execute transportation strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning, production planning, and category management initiatives.
- Implement process improvements within the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient workflow.
- Perform root cause analysis on logistics issues to develop effective solutions.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is required for effective communication with clients.
- Strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields is essential.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection techniques, inventory management, and materials management practices is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of transportation planning, shipping & receiving processes, and freight operations is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analysis skills for informed decision-making.
- Highschool Degree or GED required.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
