Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate data entry of request, order, or test-related information into electronic systems and databases.
- Review and validate order information, ensuring all required details are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Deliver reviewed results, reports, or documentation to appropriate internal or external parties efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive, confidential, or regulated information.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to support workflow, issue resolution, and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and applicable regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication when interacting with internal teams, external partners, customers, patients, families, or healthcare providers.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational, administrative, or laboratory-related teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related systems.
- Working knowledge of best practices for handling confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, respond to emerging issues, and work with a sense of urgency.

- High school diploma required; 1-2 years of customer service, administrative support, data entry, or related experience preferred.

- Undergraduate degree in a related field.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
