- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
- Manage property financials, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and resident experience
- Monitor leasing performance and market conditions
- Coordinate maintenance operations and property appearance standards
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
