Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers on PCB design, development, and application matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PCB hardware and production.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Offer detailed feedback and design suggestions to OEM and CSP hardware engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry specifications and best practices in PCB manufacturing.
- Assist in generating stack-ups and impedance modeling utilizing CAD tools.
- Travel as required to support customer engagements and international manufacturing partners.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience working directly with major OEMs and CSPs on hardware engineering projects.
- Deep knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, raw materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in stack-up generation, impedance modeling, and the use of CAD tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills for conducting presentations and interfacing with various teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with manufacturing operations located outside the US.
- Background in the high technology or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with customer support best practices in a technical environment.
