Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

TalentLink Solutions
Denver, CO Full Time
POSTED ON 5/30/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/28/2026

A boutique Registered Investment Advisory firm in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood is seeking an exceptional Client Service Associate to join a close-knit, high-performing team. We deliver best-in-class wealth management services to a select clientele, and we’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in operational excellence and client care.

We work with individuals and families to discover their goals and aspirations that may include saving for their retirement, preserving their wealth during retirement and saving for their children’s higher education. Our proven process when working with new clients includes getting to know each other, then discovery and risk tolerance identification and lastly, setting a financial strategy. We work to help clients get a clear view of their financial situation and get better control over it.

For this dynamic, high-impact position, you will be supporting a highly accomplished advisor and his clients across all facets of office operations — from account administration and reporting to client relationship management and compliance support. To be successful in this role, you are exceptionally organized, have amazing attention to detail, and are committed to delivering a smooth and confidence-inspiring experience for our clients with every interaction. You are a critical thinker and anticipate subsequent events, with an unwavering ability to figure things out, even with little to no direction. You are a solutions-oriented professional who embraces technology. You love to learn and are always finding ways to improve and expand your impact. You offer proactive service and thrive in doing the little things to make those around you have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, and client reports with precision
  • Support with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-through
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships across diverse demographics with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage CRM systems, planning software, and digital workflows within a secure environment
  • Navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes with confidence and discretion
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless client experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications

  • Series 7 license required; Series 63, 65, and/or 24 strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, investments, or a related financial services role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM/financial planning software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • A “can do” attitude — equally effective as a collaborative team member and self-directed independent contributor
  • Unwavering commitment to client confidentiality and the highest ethical standards

This is a rare opportunity to become an integral part of a respected, growth-oriented advisory practice where your contributions are recognized and valued. You’ll work in a professional, collegial environment with direct exposure to sophisticated wealth management at the highest level.
