Data Entry Specialist opportunity I'm recruiting for in Schaumburg, IL.


We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel, and available for a short-term assignment with a great organization.


Here are the details:

  • Location: Schaumburg, IL — 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
  • Pay: $18–$23/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week
  • Duration: Approximately 1–3 months
  • Start Date: October 20th (ideally)


The work involves reviewing invoices, entering information into Excel, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support.


Strong Excel and data entry skills are the most important requirements. Previous invoice processing experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided!
