The Opportunity

This is a highly visible Finance & Strategy role sitting within a strategic finance team that partners directly with Product, Operations, Data Science, Risk and Commercial leadership.

You'll combine financial modelling, strategic analysis and commercial insight to influence major business decisions, evaluate growth opportunities and help shape product and investment strategy across a large-scale fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders, owning forecasting, planning and performance analysis.
• Build investment cases, evaluate market opportunities and influence long-term product strategy.
• Develop financial models, unit economics frameworks and scenario analyses to support decision making.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Data and Operations teams on high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations through clear financial storytelling.
• Support commercial negotiations, partnership evaluations and profitability analysis.
• Build scalable reporting, dashboards and analytical tools to improve decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through implementation and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced technology, fintech or financial services environments.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and exposure to SQL or data analytics tools.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
