Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining sterile surgical environments
- Assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures
- Organizing instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Anticipating the needs of the surgical team
- Maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Supporting patient safety before, during, and after surgery
- Certified Surgical Technologist (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility for call rotation coverage
