- Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid emergency medical assessment and treatment to patients in critical and non-critical situations
- Collaborate closely with ER physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications, IVs, airway management, and advanced life support procedures within scope of practice
- Accurately document patient care, interventions, and responses
- Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while remaining calm in high-pressure environments
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Current Paramedic certification/licensure
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
- Previous Emergency Department or high-acuity experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
