Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in supporting pharmacy operations and advancing clinical pharmacy services (CPS). You’ll collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff, guide clinical decision-making, and ensure optimal patient outcomes across all age groups—from neonates to geriatrics.
You Will
- Lead and supervise nursing and support staff
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care
- Drive patient safety and satisfaction initiatives
- Coordinate care plans with patients, families, and care teams
- Support staff development and performance management
- Provide oversight and strategic direction for Clinical Pharmacy Services (CPS)
- Support clinical decision-making and operational excellence within the pharmacy team
- Develop, implement, and manage patient care programs and policies
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety and outcomes
- Train and mentor clinical pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered medication recommendations
- Participate in direct patient care as needed
- Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license
- All required state certifications and licensures
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- 2 years of pharmacy leadership experience
