Position Details

• Position: Surgical Technologist
• Location: Casper, Wyoming
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Schedule:
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift times vary:
• 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• On-Call Requirement:
• One overnight call shift per week
• One weekend call rotation every 5 weeks (Friday night through Monday morning)
• Scrub Color: Teal
  

What You'll Need

• Current BLS Certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred OR minimum 5 years of Surgical Technologist experience
• Wyoming DFS clearance/documentation (required)
• Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
  
  

What You'll Do

• Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile technique throughout each case
• Scrub and assist surgeons during multiple surgical specialties
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure instruments are readily available
• Perform instrument counts and maintain patient safety standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
• Support efficient operating room workflow
