Contract Details
- 13-week travel assignment
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Assisted Living / Rehab
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Variable day schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- $52 – $54 per hour
- Estimated weekly pay: $2,080 – $2,160 (based on 40 hours/week)
- Provide speech-language pathology services in SNF setting
- Evaluate and treat swallowing, speech, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
- Support resident functional recovery and quality of life
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (NM or eligible)
- SNF experience REQUIRED
- Prior rehab or geriatric experience preferred
- Ability to manage full caseload in skilled nursing setting
- Travel assignment readiness
- Skilled Nursing Facility / Assisted Living / Rehab
- Geriatric patient population
