Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities on site to ensure quality care.
- Lead on-site RN team, assign responsibilities, and track individual performance.
- Monitor patient care plans and adjust tasks to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Document care activities accurately for visibility and reporting.
- Utilize data and pipelines to forecast staffing needs and identify gaps.
- Demonstrate a results-driven approach by achieving unit-level targets.
- Foster a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development.
- Coach and mentor junior staff to improve clinical skills and performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- RN license in applicable state with active, unrestricted practice
- Minimum 3–5 years of bedside nursing with leadership/charge nurse experience
- On-site supervision of nursing staff and performance management
- Ability to monitor care plans, adjust tasks, and meet performance targets
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility policies
- Forecasting staffing needs using data and pipelines to identify gaps
- Proficient in accurate documentation and reporting of care activities
