Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused physical therapy assistant services under supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in electronic records.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and seek continuous professional development.
- Demonstrate ethical practice and adhere to applicable PT assistant guidelines.
- Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs.
- Collaborate with therapists to adjust treatments based on measurements and targets.
- Assist in administrative tasks to ensure high workflow visibility and target alignment.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
- Support on-site patient scheduling to optimize patient flow and throughput.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with current state license.
- Provide patient-focused PT services under licensed supervision.
- Demonstrate ethical practice and adherence to PT assistant guidelines.
- Document patient progress in electronic health records accurately.
- Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with supervising therapists to adjust plans based on metrics.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and performance reviews.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.
- On-site scheduling support to optimize patient flow and throughput.
- Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
- On-site work in Sierra Vista, AZ — join a localized team and collaborate face-to-face at our Sierra Vista office
