It is an ALS service; certifications required are NREMT-P, OK license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and emergency vehicle operations course. We are based at the hospital but we work on the ambulances providing transport. Scheduled shifts of 3-12 hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide pre-hospital emergency medical care and rapid triage on-site.
- Assess, treat, and transport patients while maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with team members and incident command during responses.
- Meet and contribute to performance metrics and key pipeline indicators for territory.
- Uphold safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards in all operations.
- Operate and maintain EMS equipment and ensure readiness for calls.
- Demonstrate continuous learning; complete required certifications and training.
- Document all interventions promptly for patient records and quality audits.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to optimize workflow and service delivery.
- Provide post-incident debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify potential leads or opportunities within assigned territory for future growth.
- Current paramedic license and valid EMS certification in the region.
- Proven pre-hospital emergency care experience with rapid triage and treatment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with incident command.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in EMS operations.
- Strong documentation accuracy for patient records and audits.
- Ability to operate and maintain EMS equipment with readiness for calls.
- Track and achieve performance metrics and territory pipeline indicators.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and complete ongoing certifications.
