Responsibilities
- Manage and progress sales pipelines to meet quarterly targets.
- Prospect within assigned territory to generate new leads and referrals.
- Track and document all activity in CRM with accurate status updates.
- Meet monthly and quarterly metrics for activity, conversion, and revenue.
- Engage with partners and customers to qualify opportunities and next steps.
- Estimate deal potential and help forecast revenue for the territory.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound inquiries into opportunities.
- Stay updated on product roadmap and industry trends to inform selling strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms in all deals.
- Provide timely feedback on market needs and competitive landscape.
- Attend regular team and leadership reviews to discuss progress and blockers.
- Proven B2B sales experience with quarterly target attainment.
- Territory prospecting and lead generation, with CRM hygiene.
- Forecasting and pipeline management aligned to quarterly revenue goals.
- Ability to deliver product demos and tailored pitches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing roles.
- Compliance with company policies and contractual terms in all deals.
- Strong collaboration with marketing to convert inbound inquiries.
- Understanding of product roadmap and ability to translate into selling strategy.
- Ability to work onsite, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-visibility, metrics-driven environment.
