- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) certification preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Audiometry and vision screening certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient intake and check-in
- Obtain and document patient vital signs and report abnormal findings
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection according to established procedures
- Prepare, label, and process laboratory specimens
- Conduct audiometry and vision screening tests as appropriate
- Maintain patient records, recall systems, and documentation accurately
- Support physicians and clinical staff during patient care activities
- Mentor and assist in training new staff on clinical procedures when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
