- Maintain I-9, licensure, and training documentation
- Advise managers on performance and corrective action
- Lead and document investigations
- Support PIPs and performance evaluations
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes
- Ensure onboarding completion and compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and track turnover
- Coordinate compliance training and CEUs
- Support job description maintenance and workforce planning
