- Option 1: 4 × 10-hour shifts
- Option 2: 5 × 8-hour shifts Patient Load: Gradual ramp-up → ~18 patients/day Compensation: $136,000 – $151,000/year (DOE) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,615 – $2,904/week
Provide full-scope family practice primary care services in a team-based outpatient clinic. Manage acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, and support patient education while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.
Requirements
- Active Washington ARNP license (or PA-C equivalent)
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
- Active DEA license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Ability to manage pediatric through geriatric populations
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
