Job Title: Staffing & Recruiting Specialist
Location: Coppell, TX - (DFW Airport Area)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staffing & Recruiting Specialist to join our team in the DFW area. This role is fully onsite and will support high-volume staffing operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency staffing, be bilingual in Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please see below for further details on this position.

- This person MUST have experience going out and PRO-ACTIVELY finding candidates for positions, as this is not a Post a Job and wait for applicants / walk-ins type of role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Time Outbound Community Recruitment of skilled Light Industrial candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assist with recruiting efforts
- Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires, including:
- I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance
- Drug testing
- Background and reference checks
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
- Coordinate employee placements and maintain communication with client sites
- Conduct regular employee check-ins at client locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all employment regulations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and field employees
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of staffing agency experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with:
- OUTBOUND Recruiting and interviewing experience
- Onboarding processes
- Drug testing and background screening
- I-9 compliance and employment verification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer systems (Avionte experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
- Verifiable professional references from previous employers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
