You will also play a key role in preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC laser systems, CNC punching machines, and press brakes
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and systems-level equipment issues
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and basic PLC logic
- Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of fabrication equipment
- Serve as a senior-level technical resource on the production floor
- Ensure equipment reliability and performance across fabrication operations
Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting:
- Press brakes
- CNC laser machines
- CNC turret punch presses
- Combination laser/punch machines
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues
- Experience working with fabrication equipment manufacturers such as TRUMPF, Amada, Toyokoki, and Diamond
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience supporting PLC-based systems in a manufacturing environment
- Background in metal fabrication or high-volume production environments
Work Environment
- Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
- Occasional risk of electrical exposure and moderate to loud noise levels
- Requires standing, walking, and hands-on mechanical work throughout the shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Regular use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance instruments
Salary : $35 - $40
