Community Outreach Coordinator

Location: Pikesville, MD (local travel)
Pay: $50,000–$58,000 base incentives
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional evening/weekend events)

About the Role

Applied ABC provides ABA therapy for children with autism, and we're looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to be our face in the Pikesville and greater Baltimore County area.

You'll build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and community organizations so that families who need autism services know where to find us. This is a field role. Most of your week is spent out in the community, not behind a desk.

No degree or ABA experience required. We'll train you.

What You'll Do

• Visit pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce Applied ABC and build referral relationships
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and family-focused community events
• Follow up consistently with contacts and keep track of your outreach activity
• Identify new partnership opportunities across your territory
• Share information and resources with families exploring autism services
• Work toward monthly outreach goals with incentives for results

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel locally throughout the territory
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
